SENTENCED: 'Ever-Frost' Single Due Next Week

April 21, 2005

According to a posting on SENTENCED's official web site, the group's new single, "Ever-Frost", will be released in Finland on April 27. In addition to the "single edit" version of the title cut, the CD will include the song "Despair-Ridden Hearts". The single will be released in Finland only, but fans can buy it at the Rock Hard Festival on May 15 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, or from Spinefarm.fi or Swampmusic.com.

"Ever-Frost" comes off the Finnish metallers' final album, "The Funeral Album", due on May 31 via Century Media Records (one day earlier internationally). The follow-up to 2002's "The Cold White Light" was recorded primarily at Finnvox and Tonebox studios (both in Finland),and mixed and mastered at Finnvox. Producing the effort was Hiili Hiilesmaa, who also worked with the group on their last two albums, 2000's "Crimson" and "The Cold White Light". A farewell DVD, entitled "Buried Alive", is planned for release in early 2006.

A brand-new SENTENCED track, entitled "May Today Become the Day", has been made available for download at this location.
